Process: 

• Empathy: Understanding the pin-point problem faced by the organization by reaching out to the fellows, mentors, and the IFA Team

• Define: With a well thought out research, the problem was defined based on the key major processes requiring efficiency (onboarding & matching; Payment and Performance processes).

• Ideate: Here, the problem definition helped to proffer possible solutions for each process using divergent thinking.

• Prototype: Upon converging ideas and possible solutions to a more agreeable and acceptable solution, a prototype was developed using Figma

Successfully created a Product Requirement Document and a Prototype within the given duration.
