Problem: 

Just as Digital skill workers in Nigeria have platforms like Fiverr, Freelancer, etc they can leverage to make money from their skills, it is mostly not the same for non-digital workers like Fashion designers, Plumbers, or even Mechanics. So how might we connect artisans (non-digital workers) to potential clients who might need their services?

Process: 

• Tasks were created and shared among the team based on their skillset (UI/UX, Frontend, Backend, and DevOps) within a feasible product timeline. 

• The respective sub-team was working simultaneously as each feature was being developed.

• Every team member tested each feature, approve and move to the next feature or task for their respective sub-team

• Feedbacks were obtained, bugs were fixed

Result: 

Successfully completed the Web app and about to start the Mobile app development.
