Problem: 

Less than 20% of the average annual plastic waste generated (275 million tons gets recycled. The rest are usually unaccounted for, incinerated, or end up in our water bodies. This has increased environmental degradation to unprecedented levels. How might we encourage recycling and save the ecosystem?

Process: 

• Tasks were created and shared among the team based on their skillset (UI/UX, Frontend, Backend, and DevOps) within a feasible product timeline. 

• The respective sub-team was working simultaneously as each feature was being developed.

• Every team member tested each feature, approve and move to the next feature or task for their respective sub-team

• Feedbacks were obtained, bugs were fixed, lapses were covered to ensure the MVP was delivered

Result: 

Successfully deployed the MVP within 8 weeks as scheduled.
